Appointment: Walk-in customers are welcome and wait time may vary depends on time of day and day of week. We highly recommend booking an appointment with us in advance via our ONLINE BOOKING or phone 519 893 3000 . Customer full name, mobile number, email address may be required. In respect to serve our customers as fair as possible, we highly recommend an arrival time of 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment

Appointment Late Arrival or Cancellation: Our appointments are booked for specific time slots, upon late arrival we will make our best effort to accommodate. Its required 24 hrs cancellation notice for all services except Group Spa & VIP lounge require 48 hrs.

Private Room Reservation: No extra charge, however its required to book in advance or cancellation at least 24 hrs notice.

Group Spa Reservation: Bachelor party, Birthday party, Girls night, Corporate celebration etc., customers require to deposit 20% of total service price to reserve group spa appointment for 6 or more people. In event of cancellation we require 48 hours notice prior to appointment date. The deposit will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation less than 48 hour notice.

Sales: All sales are final, gift card inclusive. No refund or exchange for sold product and completed services. Gift card can only purchase in store by person only. To redeem gift card, customer must surrender the original gift card physically.

Warranty: We stand behind our workmanship. Within one week from service date, in event of dissatisfaction for shellac color chipping, peeling and fake nail lifting (newset only) with normal activity please call/email us to book an earliest apointment as possible and we will fix what deem to be a problem for free of charge. For regular colour within 3 days. Request of different shape, colour or design will be extra cost.

Price Match: We don't offer price match. We reserve the rights to change policy & pricing for our services and products without prior notice.
